How It Works

Trade in your old x-ray or sensor with ease—upgrade to a new IWV Digital system and let us handle the rest. Send in your equipment, we’ll evaluate it quickly, and you’ll receive a competitive trade-in rebate. Ready to simplify your upgrade?

  • After you purchase a new IWV Digital Sensor or X-Ray, package your old x-ray or sensor and request a pre-paid UPS label.

  • Once IWV Digital receives your trade-in equipment, it will be evaluated for marketability, and cosmetic and operational condition.

  • When the evaluation is complete, the trade-in department will award a trade-in rebate amount.

  • Accounting will cut and mail you a check for the trade-in amount that will be within the trade-in range your Equipment Consultant provided.
